The DVSE GmbH was founded in April, 1994 by the managing directors Udo Knabe-Paulsen and Michael Konz with the participation of the software firm MSD Computer&Software. The start took place with three employees, at that time the company headquarter was just like today in the Carl-Benz-Weg 1 in Bargteheide near Hamburg. In March 1996, the amount of partners increased: Reinhard Bleicken, Michael Reimann and Rainer Schmeling entered DVSE. At the same time, the DVSE shares owned by MSD Computer&Software were taken over completely. The number of the employees grew till the end of 1996 to twenty. In the course of the following years the DVSE proved further expansive energy and laid the foundation for important company participations and affiliated companies (AWDOC GmbH, MSDas automotives software GmbH, renet netzwerk GmbH). In August 2000, Michael Konz parted from the enterprise, and the new managing directors of GmbH DVSE became besides Udo Knabe-Paulsen, Michael Reimann and Reinhard Bleicken. In 2007, DVSE expanded its development, sales and marketing capacities to reach new markets and foster new products. Subsidiaries in Stuttgart and Tirgu Mures were founded. TOPMOTIVE was introduced in 2007 as marketing brand for the companies DVSE, MSDas, and AWDOC to cover the whole product range under one name. The goal of this label is clearly defined: TOPMOTIVE = All products and services for the parts trade, workshop, and industry combined in an incomparable portfolio offered through one hand!
The success proves us right! The care and support of our customers in Great Britain is managed directly from London since 2008 through an own office location. In April 2009, DVSE could proudly celebrate its 15th year anniversary with many of its partners and customers. The guests came from all European countries and they had the pleasure to be introduced to new product lines, which in these forms are still unequalled in Europe.  In the beginning of 2010, DVSE Austria GmbH was founded to improve the support and assistance in Austria, as well as to extent the excellent market position DVSE inherits in this and the surrounding markets.Today, DVSE counts over 80 employees in its rows and builds together with the TOPMOTIVE Group a strong and powerful enterprise, which has developed to the market leader in Europe for all catalogues and information systems in the parts trade, workshops, and industry. Notable shareholders of the ATR International AG, the GAU International, the AD International, the Temot International, and several other independent parts traders place trust in the products and services of DVSE and its partners within the TOPMOTIVE Group. At the Automechanika 2010, the TOPMOTIVE Group will set further benchmarks for this industry with its new products and services! |
