DVSE goes Austria
The DVSE, the European market leader for information systems for the part trade with its headquarter in Bargteheide near Hamburg (Germany), was always able to rely on BAO as steady contact for its customers in Austria. Since February 1st, 2010, the DVSE opened up its own representation to be even closer to its customers in Austria. Around 9,000 licence holders are nowadays working with TOPMOTIVE products made by DVSE and its subsidiaries, which have been sold and attended by BAO. Starting in February 2010, the logical and in the consideration of the growing market anticipated next step is to be taken. The northern German enterprise is founding the DVSE-Austria and from now on all skills of the products, customer care, service, and market growth will be carried out by DVSE–Austria through the familiar persons of BAO. Thereto Krunoslav Bagaric, the future director of DVSE Austria: “The BAO did a great job up to date, which we would like to continue with the present actors. Our goal from now on, is to serve the market even better with our philosophy, organization, and products of DVSE, AWDOC, MSDAS, and Topmotive data. Furthermore, Wien is an ideal location to organize our exploding business in the east European countries more efficiently.” For the existing customers nothing is changed to the worse, just to the better. With six employees of the DVSE Austria to be way closer to the Austrian market, we are able to react quicker and more efficiently to the demands and the regional market conditions. General manager Peter Holzweber, who has been in different positions in the Austrian Aftermarket for 25 years and is known to have excellent market knowledge: “The full integrated form of organization within the company composite of the DVSE is a strategically valuable step, because this way we are enabled together with our customers to orient all our services better and to react quicker to their customers’, thus workshops’, individual needs.
The DVSE will take over the former premises of BAO, who is still available to DVSE as external service provider. The office space of around 130m2 serves the team around managing director Krunoslav Bagaric and his colleague Peter Holzweber as workplace. Not only service and sales tasks are managed from here: Additionally, new and market driven concepts are developed, which are mainly aligned with the free market. “We are looking forward to the new assignments in Austria and the cooperation with the free repair- and spare parts market. At the same time we are convinced of the success of our undertaken“, so Bagaric and Holzweber in unison.
